Diligence is a small team based in Shahdara, Delhi, India. This page explains what happens to the information you give us through this website.
What we collect
- If you use the contact form: your name, email, company (optional), the area you are interested in and your message.
- If you message us on WhatsApp or email: whatever you choose to send, plus your WhatsApp number or email address.
How we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry and to discuss possible work with you. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Who handles it
- The contact form sends your details to a small server function on this site, which saves them as a contact in our CRM (HubSpot). If you email us instead, it reaches us through Zoho Mail.
- This site is hosted on Vercel, which may keep standard server logs (such as IP address) to run the service.
- WhatsApp chats are handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.
- This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google servers when the page loads.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not set cookies and has no analytics at the moment. It stores two small flags in your browser session (not cookies): that you have seen the intro animation, and your light or dark choice. They clear when you close the tab.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete what you sent us, email diligence.in@zohomail.in. We keep enquiries only as long as needed to respond and follow up.
